Massage as a Way Back to Yourself

Massage is not only a way to relax — it is a practice that can offer space for relaxation and body awareness, helping to restore inner balance.

At her studio in the centre of Bolzano, Tatsiana Harelava, a bodywork specialist with over 10 years of experience, offers not a standardised spa experience, but an individual, personalised journey respectful of each person's needs.

In skilled hands, massage becomes a true dialogue with the body, where every touch is aimed at activating the body's natural processes of relaxation, renewal and self-regulation.

Depending on each person's physical state and goals, different techniques are used:

  • Lymphatic drainage massage — gentle, rhythmic movements focused on comfort and a sense of lightness.

  • Haemolymphatic massage — deeper manual techniques focused on relaxation and tissue awareness.

  • Decontracting massage — releases muscular tension, eases blockages and restores freedom of movement.

  • Sports massage — designed for active people who want to dedicate time to muscular relaxation and perceived recovery.

  • Sculpting massage — manual techniques focused on tissue comfort and body awareness.

  • Anti-stress massage — slow and gentle movements that may support relaxation during stressful periods.

  • Cupping massage — works on the fascia, stimulates metabolism and encourages a sense of lightness in the tissues.

It may be chosen by people experiencing tension, stiffness or tiredness. Persistent pain should be assessed by a healthcare professional.

When it may be particularly indicated:

  • During periods of persistent fatigue, exhaustion or sleep difficulties

  • For women during hormonal changes, especially after the age of 40

  • For those with a sedentary lifestyle or circulatory difficulties

  • Following periods of intense stress or significant physical changes

  • In the presence of a sense of heaviness or fluid retention

  • For athletes and physically active people

After the session, some people report lightness, relaxation and greater comfort in movement. Results are individual.

🔹 Before beginning, a free consultation of 20–40 minutes is provided, during which information is collected about needs, preferences and possible contraindications, and the most suitable approach is identified.

📍 Sessions take place in the centre of Bolzano. Duration: 60 to 120 minutes.
